1. What if I am unsatisfied with my worker ? 

Answer : We will reintegrate the worker into our agency while actively searching for a suitable replacement for you, or alternatively, initiate the necessary refund process as per our agreed terms and conditions. If the worker has returned in the first 3 months after the arrival : the total amount will be refunded to the sponsor, excluding Metrash and QVC fees. 

We are committed to providing exceptional service that ensures your utmost satisfaction.

2. What if my worker didn't pass the QVC examination ? 

Answer : Same, we will search for another worker for you, or we will refund the entire payment, except the Metrash and the QVC fees. 

3. How long does it take to issue a worker's visa ?

Answer : Generally, 1-3 days.

4. Do I have to book the worker's flight ticket ? 

Answer : No, we are taking care of this.
